Freedom to Thrive

Find out how we can help you take control of your health and wellness. Let’s get started today

Who are we?

Fleet physio and wellness have been giving people the Freedom to Thrive for over 13 years. When you see Elrina, Sam or Emile, you benefit from over 40 years of varied clinical experience in musculo-skeletal physiotherapy, women’s health, massage, acupuncture and lifestyle medicine.

Situated on Elvetham Heath in Fleet, and serving communities in and around Hampshire, Berkshire and Surrey, many of our clients are a result of ‘word of mouth’ referrals, along with referrals from Doctors and Consultants.

How can we help?

We specialise in a range of ailments from acute sports injuries and rehabilitation to long term complex chronic pain conditions, and we use a variety of specialities that we have trained in, and practised, over the years.

We work in a relaxing environment and spend time with our patients paying particular attention to posture and lifestyle factors so that we gain a thorough appreciation of the cause and/or issues, thereby allowing us to see the whole person, not just an isolated condition.

Our Ethos

The more you know, the more you realise how little you know, therefore we are continually learning about the latest new developments and research relevant to our services. Last year we added the Harley street CIONE BioPelvic neurodynamics assessment to our services in order to get to the root cause of many ailments we see and this year we have added the Healthy living/Healthy ageing consulation for clients to get a full lifestyle medicine assessment to address their wider health issues. Coming soon is the PelviPower technology to benefit clients suffering from incontinence, POP, ED, back pain and for athletes that want to improve their preformance by bullet proofing their deep core muscles.

After 4 visits to the Physio department at the hospital, I was signed off but there was no improvement. My GP said it was something I would have to live with for the rest of my life which is when I looked for an alternative treatment.

After 3 visits to Elrina the swelling was considerably better and over time my calf muscle and knee movement has returned to normal. I cannot thank her enough and would recommend her to anyone.

Mrs V Pearce – Ash, Surrey

Elrina has treated me for migraine and more recently, following, a herniated disc. I have seen significant improvement in my migraines and her treatment following my herniated disc got me moving and active again. I have found Elrina to be an experienced, knowledgeable and intuitive therapist who brings a range of skills to any treatment she gives. I would not hesitate to recommend her.

Mrs W Gaen – Fleet, Hampshire

Due to a lot of running and recently starting with triathlons, I had a range of injuries which were hindering my training. Elrina managed to get me right back on track after a number of treatments.  She is punctual, attentive and compliments the treatment by suggesting any necessary exercises to aid in the healing process. I was so impressed with my progress that I insisted that my children should also be registered with her through my Private health care provider.

Mrs E Nell – Woking, Surrey
